Ian and I had a weekend away without the kids- first time in 4 and a half years!!!

We were invited to his friend Sarahs wedding in Scotland and it just happened to co-incide with a visit from his mum from South Africa.

I have to admit that I found it quite nerve racking leaving them especially because my 2 year old had a bit of a temperature on Friday afternoon. However, they were all fine and so were we.

We had a lovely time. The wedding was in a little church in Fowler West and Ian and I wondered if there was any particular reason for them getting married there. We heard from her fathers speech that he and his wife had got married at the same church in 1971.

The reception (as well as our accomodation) was at the Crieff Hydro Hotel. I have to say that the hotel, service and whole experience was LOVE-A-LEEEE!
